Congrats to Dave on getting all those contacts on 160 mtrs Renae. He did really well there. Not any competitions but it is something to think about when we do get 160 and 80 mtrs up and running.

You are correct he almost has worked all states he does have Alaska and Hawaii, ( not over the weekend though) He doesn't have Idaho, Montana, Wyoming I know. I would have to look at the log book and the remaining states he did not get to see what states he still needs. * I looked at the log book he still needs Delaware Kansas Louisiana Maine Mississippi Montana New Mexico Nevada Rhode Island Vermont

Those are some to keep an ear open for then Renae. It's a bit of a feat in itself and I hope Dave gets the contacts in those missing states very soon my friend.

Me too. most of those states he will get at some point. some are a little harder if it is a less populated state less people to start with let alone licenses amateur radio operators.

Yes I can imagine in some places they are proper few and far between but you never know. I will keep my fingers crossed for him. Did you know that there are around 65,000 radio amateurs in Britain and only around 45 of those are registered female operator's? Not so many ladies really so I hope more and more start to join us.

It would be so good if that could change and we had some sort of balance. Maybe something to look forward to in the future
