Hiya Janine or is it Scott? mmmmh, I know Scott was having prob's getting in the site and thought he might use your account Janine. Not sure what the problem was but hope it is cured for Scott now. It's really really good to see you back my friend. I for one have missed you here. It will take a little time to catch up but you will soon be up on whats what in no time at all. Sorry you didn't get to the fair on Friday Evening. You didn't miss much because it rained and thundered n lightened. We stayed about an hour and walked to town centre in rain then got a taxi... hee hee. Was fair tired when got home cos that was second walk of the day. Last night I got out again and walked for well over an hour and felt so good after for getting on with it. Hope you have kept yourself busy with some enjoyable stuff. Huggs Zo

On a personal note everything fine ;D Got out on that walk but with the heat last night my leg and ankle swelled up and had pin's n needles hee hee but that sorted itself.....as far as this heat is concerned it was 6 am this morning when I finally got to sleep...bit of a tiredy head now though.. Have a good day my friend and soak up them rays! Huggs Zo

Although there hasn't been so much sun this week it has still been warm. I have walked over 20 miles this week which is good for me...lol Got a visit to Egypt coming up in 5 weeks so well looking forward to that. I have lost 3lb...not much I know but it is a start and I am hoping to go to swimming and or to the gym this week. Not done this before so should be quite an experience for me. Well done on the loss Frank that is really good. Men lose weight so much quicker and easier than women do but that is not to say that you don't deserve a good ole well done. Keep up with the running Frank you will soon be fit - 73's

Hi Zo!!! That's a LOT of walking-dont forget, muscle weighs more than fat. You may be developing mor leg muscle in your endeavor and those are the largest muscles you have! You may have lost like say 5-6lbs in bodyfat, and gained 2-3lbs muscle! Then it'll level off and you'll steadily continue to drop pounds! Good on ya Zo!! Hey I'm looking forward to when you return fom your trip and fill us all in on what Egypt is really like! Take care 73s
