Another few codes that are used regularly although these are in the foundation manual I thought I'd repeat the most useful ones here. CW | Morse Code | DE | From | DX | Long Distance (note usually intercontinental) | SSB | Single Sideband | RX | Reciever | TX | Transmitter | WX | Weather (probably the most used Call in the UK) | XYL | Wife | YL | Young Lady | 73s | Best regards | 88s | Love and Kisses |
There are many many more but these are the most common I found when I passed my M3

DE ~ 2E0ZLD, WX cold although still YL so shouldn't really bother me yet 73's, Zo (Well Done Martin )

Of topic but funny (thanks to the silly people who thought these up) MSB - Married Sideband, like single sideband, but with a headache thrown in DSB - Divorced Sideband, Like single sideband but with a sense of loss.
