Yes I think a few warm spring days is definitely what I need. The last couple of months I think I have felt the cold more than I ever have and it hasn't been nice...I hope that Everyone has a Wonderful Day tomorrow on Mothering Sunday and hope all the mother's get something nice and get to have a relaxed day.

I can't wait for spring. We have had the 10th snowiest winter...since keeping weather records we still have 5 inches of snow on the ground ...I hope we are done with snow for the season.

Hi Janine and Renae, Hope you both had a good day yesterday on Mothering Sunday. I had a lovely day and the kids bought me some choccies and did the breakfast in bed thing. The boys baked a choccie cake each under Dan n Kirsty supervision while I got to spend the day knitting. I started a proper project and hopefully will turn out ok. Will find out round about wed or thurs when I have finished it. Hope Scott and the boys did you proud Janine my friend. Renae I am not sure if your mothering sunday was yesterday or not but if not I still hope you had a lovely day. Wow the 10th snowiest winter. You really do get lots of snow and as you know I am quite jealous because I love the snow.....anyways have a great day today ladies and hope you both have a great day today.

Glad you had a great mothering sunday Janine bet you enjoyed the time with your mum. My mum came by on saturday and that was lovely but spent the day with Den and the kids. I hope when second sunday in may comes around Renae that you have a wonderful day. 73's for now, Zo

When she was younger , the eggs were Hidden in the house. A huge Easter Basket filled with candy and a few toys were waiting on the table when she woke up.

Hi Renae and Janine Well not too far off now... Good Friday is next Friday is it not... I best get out and get some of those eggs. It will be interesting to see if Renae you do have an easter parade or something similar. Unfortunately where I am we don't and have to make do with either visiting one in another town or doing something else. Janine do they not have a carnival somewhere up near Ewood Park that starts at easter? My dad used to take us to it every year without fail when we were younger and we loved it... Ah Memories! 73's, Zo

New Lenox Does not have an Easter Parade that I know of.
I think they do an Easter Egg hunt for the kids though.
